Vice President Mommy
AnnabelleMcB - September 01, 2008
The Republicans have picked a mother of five as their nominee for Vice President.

First off, how cool is that a woman is on the ticket? That's very exciting to see.

Second, what do you think about having a mom of a baby on the ticket? How hard do you think it will be to balance both jobs?

I think Sarah Palin will do fine. I mean she's done alright so far, plus she'll probably have help with the kids anyway.
I think its great to have a woman on the ticket...its going to be a very exciting election!!

I think that to govern effectively, a candidate must appeal to a majority of the public, or at least be able to compromise. I think that Governor Palin is way too far to the left to be able to unite the country. And remember, a President isn't the one who will get the goods and services to your area, it's Congress who determines what legislation has legs and what laws get passed or not passed. So take your congressional elections seriously. I also believe the electoral college has to go...we don't elect anyone except the president that way, and I think it lessens the power of the voter, and even discourages some from voting at all. Please remember to pray for our leaders, whoever is elected, and get out there and vote!

What is the big deal about a woman having 5 kids and being 2nd in line for the Commander in Chief? COMMON! Men have been doing it for years and no one EVER says anything about that. Yes, it is very exciting to see a woman showing the world that she can do a mans job..and probably better than its ever been done before....I think she will be a great VP and she will continue to be a great mother. ;)
